Before 2018, there used to be licenses that were provided with a product ID, which was the original key to the license and the basis for the required activation.

The product ID was usually printed on the CD/DVD or on the disc packaging.

In some cases, it could also be that you received the product ID by e-mail. If this applies, we advise rewriting the ID to the appropriate fields on the disc and/or packaging by hand.

If you cannot access the product ID but can launch the software, the license data can be retrieved using the serial number.

In FluidSIM®, the serial number can be found in the Help menu under the program information. In WBTs, the serial number can be read in the imprint. As the serial number is clear, it can be provided to us.
